Ashleigh Wrigley

Support Coordination Team Leader

Ashleigh is the Team Leader of Support Coordination at Hively. Ashleigh has a wealth of knowledge for all things NDIS and the broader disability sector, working in this space for over a decade.

Ashleigh has a special interest in Equine Assisted Therapies and Activities and has obtained her Equestrian Australia Coaching and Riding for Disabled Australia Coaching Certificates.

Ashleigh particularly enjoys working with those who are neurodiverse, helping people navigate the barriers they may face. She deeply understands the importance of having a great team to support you to reach your goals.

Ashleigh loves the countryside, living rurally with her husband and young daughter. Outside of work you will find her with her horses, spending time with her family or cuddling up to her numerous furry friends whilst gaming or watching anime.

Nicolette is an experienced managing director, with a background in human rights law.

This includes advisory roles government and the not-for-profit sector.

As a mother of three young children, two with disability, Nicolette brings unique perspective and experience to Hively and is passionate about working with people to achieve positive outcomes.

Clare is a passionate and dedicated Support Coordinator with a strong background in nursing, mental health, and disability services. With over a decade of experience in person-centred care, her mission is to walk alongside participants and their families, helping them navigate the NDIS with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Before stepping into support coordination, Clare worked as a nurse in medical, surgical, and palliative care, and later supported individuals with complex mental health needs. This foundation shaped Clare’s understanding of holistic support and gave her a deep appreciation for the unique journeys people face.

Clare leads with empathy and a problem-solving mindset, making sure participants feel heard, supported, and empowered to live the life they choose. She is especially passionate about building strong connections, advocating for meaningful supports, and helping people thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll find Clare spending time with her sons, reading, gaming and dreaming big about future goals – just like she encourages all participants to do.

Brock is an experienced Support Coordinator with Hively, working closely with participants with complex presentations. Brock has an extensive background in the human services and disability sector, beginning his journey providing support to participants on the NDIS.

He is incredibly well-versed in the areas of mental health and neurological conditions.
Brock has lived and learned experience of disability with a personal diagnosis of Autism
from a young age. Brock has a special place in his heart for young children who are
experiencing barriers associated with their diagnosis.

Brock has completed a Diploma of Counselling with plans to continue his studies with a
Bachelor of Social Work in the near future. Outside of work Brock he is a proud dog-dad to his Cocker-Spaniel, Luna and enjoys spending the weekends with friends and family.

Shileen has a dynamic background spanning Support Work and School Leave Employment Support prior to stepping into Support Coordination. She brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role, having worked within the sector for over 5 years

Shileen has a dedication to client of all ages but has a particular passion for working with the elderly and paediatrics. As well as those navigating complex mental health challenges, ASD and ADHD to name a few.

She has almost finished diploma of community services in addition to her other qualifications. She plans to stay within the helping sector.

Balancing a fulfilling career with family life, Shileen is a proud parent of two children. Outside of work she enjoys immersing herself in the world of video games and metal music. Her home is a lively one, shared with two playful cats (Bendy & Paul) and a chirpy bird (Mango).

Imogen is a warm and friendly Support Coordinator with Hively Coordination. Imogen has experience supporting individuals, children and families through community case management, including those with complex mental health presentations.

Imogen has a Bachelor of Psychology Science (Honours) and is passionate about applying a compassionate, participant-centered approach to those she supports.

Leahrose is an experienced Support Coordinator with Hively. Leah has undergraduate qualifications in psychology and has extensive experience in the disability sector.

Jemima brings a strong mix of professional training and hands on experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Bachelor of Social Work and had a background in individual and group support work.

Jemina works three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) and draws on both personal and professional experience in supporting people with disability. She uses a critical disability framework and person-centred approach in her work. Jemima has a particular passion for genetic and neurodevelopmental disabilities. Her other interest areas include: LGBTQIA++ inclusion, culturally aware practices and the impact of language on societal attitudes

Outside of work you’ll find Jem pet-sitting for furry friends, thrift shopping, trialling the newest videogames and burying her head in a book.

Molly is an experienced Support Coordinator who brings a wealth of knowledge from both the disability and hospital sectors. With a professional background that includes nursing and case management, she possesses a deep understanding of complex health needs, service systems, and person-centred support planning.

Molly is passionate about empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives by helping them navigate the NDIS and access the right supports. Her collaborative approach, strong advocacy skills, and clinical insight allow her to work effectively with participants, families, service providers, and health professionals alike.

Her ability to coordinate services that are both holistic and tailored ensures that participants feel supported, informed, and in control of their care.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her young family and values a balanced lifestyle that reflects her commitment to both personal and professional wellbeing.

Alistair is a trained therapy dog, providing emotional regulation support to the children of Hively’s Managing Director, Nicolette. He is also a big fan of cuddles when in the office with the Hively team!
