Shileen Dewald

Support Coordinator

Shileen has a dynamic background spanning Support Work and School Leave Employment Support prior to stepping into Support Coordination. She brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role, having worked within the sector for over 5 years

Shileen has a dedication to client of all ages but has a particular passion for working with the elderly and paediatrics. As well as those navigating complex mental health challenges, ASD and ADHD to name a few.

She has almost finished diploma of community services in addition to her other qualifications. She plans to stay within the helping sector.

Balancing a fulfilling career with family life, Shileen is a proud parent of two children. Outside of work she enjoys immersing herself in the world of video games and metal music. Her home is a lively one, shared with two playful cats (Bendy & Paul) and a chirpy bird (Mango).

 

Nicolette is an experienced managing director, with a background in human rights law.

This includes advisory roles government and the not-for-profit sector.

As a mother of three young children, two with disability, Nicolette brings unique perspective and experience to Hively and is passionate about working with people to achieve positive outcomes.

Clare is a passionate and dedicated Support Coordinator with a strong background in nursing, mental health, and disability services. With over a decade of experience in person-centred care, her mission is to walk alongside participants and their families, helping them navigate the NDIS with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Before stepping into support coordination, Clare worked as a nurse in medical, surgical, and palliative care, and later supported individuals with complex mental health needs. This foundation shaped Clare’s understanding of holistic support and gave her a deep appreciation for the unique journeys people face.

Clare leads with empathy and a problem-solving mindset, making sure participants feel heard, supported, and empowered to live the life they choose. She is especially passionate about building strong connections, advocating for meaningful supports, and helping people thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll find Clare spending time with her sons, reading, gaming and dreaming big about future goals – just like she encourages all participants to do.

Ashleigh is the Quality, Compliance and Risk Lead at Hively, with a decade of experience across the NDIS and broader disability sector. Her background in Support Coordination and team leadership informs her work in quality assurance, governance, and risk management.

Ashleigh focuses on supporting organisational practices that align with legislative and regulatory requirements while remaining practical and responsive to the needs of participants and staff. Her work centres on strengthening systems, promoting continuous improvement, and supporting safe, consistent service delivery.

Outside of work, you will find her with her horses, spending time with her family or cuddling up to her numerous furry friends whilst gaming or watching anime.

 

Ashleigh maintains a strong interest in animal therapies, including Equine Assisted Therapies and Activities, and has a background in coaching through Equestrian Australia and Riding for the Disabled Australia.

She recognises the importance of collaborative, well-supported teams in achieving positive outcomes for participants. Ashleigh’s approach to compliance is grounded in the belief that effective governance should support quality practice rather than create unnecessary barriers.

Brock is an experienced Support Coordinator with Hively, working closely with participants with complex presentations. Brock has an extensive background in the human services and disability sector, beginning his journey providing support to participants on the NDIS.

He is incredibly well-versed in the areas of mental health and neurological conditions.
Brock has lived and learned experience of disability with a personal diagnosis of Autism
from a young age. Brock has a special place in his heart for young children who are
experiencing barriers associated with their diagnosis.

Brock has completed a Diploma of Counselling with plans to continue his studies with a
Bachelor of Social Work in the near future. Outside of work Brock he is a proud dog-dad to his Cocker-Spaniel, Luna and enjoys spending the weekends with friends and family.

Molly is an experienced Support Coordinator who brings a wealth of knowledge from both the disability and hospital sectors. With a professional background that includes nursing and case management, she possesses a deep understanding of complex health needs, service systems, and person-centred support planning.

Molly is passionate about empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives by helping them navigate the NDIS and access the right supports. Her collaborative approach, strong advocacy skills, and clinical insight allow her to work effectively with participants, families, service providers, and health professionals alike.

Her ability to coordinate services that are both holistic and tailored ensures that participants feel supported, informed, and in control of their care.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her young family and values a balanced lifestyle that reflects her commitment to both personal and professional wellbeing.

Ryan is a compassionate Support Coordinator at Hively Health with over two years of community services experience. He is currently studying a Master of Human Services, and has a background in music performance and audio engineering.

Ryan’s support style is person centered and strengths based. He has extensive experience breaking down barriers and building capacity with individuals with intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities.

Ryan previously worked in individual and group support settings, with an emphasis on facilitating fun and engaging activities across the creative industries such as music, art, drama and dance. Outside of work, Ryan loves all things sport – especially basketball, as well as attending live music events and going to the movies.

Kailyn is a Support Coordinator with Hively, supporting participants to navigate the NDIS. Her background in administrative roles, combined with her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and volunteer experience within addiction and mental health settings, informs her collaborative and person-centred approach to support.

Kailyn is dedicated to supporting people of all backgrounds, with a particular interest in working alongside individuals with neurodiversity, mental health challenges, and psychosocial disabilities. She takes a strengths‑based approach, focusing on compassion and understanding to help empower participants to live the life they choose. She values building strong, collaborative relationships to ensure participants feel continuously supported.

Outside of work, Kailyn loves visiting op‑shops, upcycling clothing, and playing video games. She’s a big animal lover and shares her home with three dogs. Most weekends are spent outdoors, enjoying long walks or making the most of trips to the dog beach.

Alistair is a trained therapy dog, providing emotional regulation support to the children of Hively’s Managing Director, Nicolette. He is also a big fan of cuddles when in the office with the Hively team!
