Meet the Team

At Hively Coordination we employ highly capable allied health and human services experts who care deeply about their work.

We strive to go above and beyond for those we support, with each member of the team chosen for their qualifications and experience. We focus on highly qualified allied health experts who are also good humans, with amazing passion and commitment to improving lives.

We are dedicated to keeping our professional knowledge up to date so that we can provide the highest possible level of care and support.

Our team are highly experienced in the NDIS and work together with extended care teams to ensure quality support, best practice assessment and reporting within the NDIS framework.

Meet the team!

Nicolette is an experienced managing director, with a background in human rights law.

This includes advisory roles government and the not-for-profit sector.

Nicolette is a strong disability advocate, providing advocacy support and legal advice for those participating in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal process.

As a mother of three young children, two with disability, Nicolette brings unique perspective and experience to Hively and is passionate about working with people to achieve positive outcomes.

Rebecca is an experienced Operations and Business Manager within the professional services and health industry. With a focus on operational efficiency through process improvement, business controls and management reporting; Rebecca has implemented best practice management systems that meet accreditation requirements.

When not in the office you can usually find Rebecca at kids sport with coffee in hand.

Tiffany is the Team Leader of Support Coordination at Hively. Tiffany has a wealth of knowledge for all things NDIS and the broader disability sector, working in this space for almost 5 years.

Prior to joining Hively, Tiffany worked in complex mental health settings with a focus on holistic supports for those who were discharging from a mental health ward back to their home.

Tiffany has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and is currently studying a Masters in Forensic Mental Health. Forensics is a space Tiffany finds incredibly interesting and an area she hopes to explore further someday.

Outside of work Tiffany enjoys playing video games, baking treats or crafting (including a secret passion for Lego). She often is spending time with her friends, family and fur baby, Douglas.

Our Support Coordinators

Sarah is a dedicated Support Coordinator, bringing a wealth of lived and learned experience of disability across all ages.

Our neurological and paediatric participants are particularly close to Sarah’s heart. She has a young family herself and experience with family members who are on the spectrum. Sarah had a life-changing diagnosis of epilepsy in her mid-twenties. Petit Mal/Absence Seizures necessitated a career change, and we are delighted to have Sarah on our team!

Outside of work, Sarah has a busy home life with her husband Sam. They are live-in carers for Sam’s grandmother, parents to two young children and have 3 cats and 2 dogs! This includes one of our very own Happiness Consultants, Stanley.

Anais is a dedicated Support Coordinator at Hively, with both lived and learned experience within the area of disability. Anais has Sri-Lankan heritage and loves to immerse herself in other cultures, speaking Japanese and some French.

In her previous role she worked closely with children with disabilities, including those with physical, neurological and psychological disability. Anais provides support for all ages, with paediatrics a special interest as she loves working with children.

Anais is LGBTIQA+ friendly and neurodiverse. She spends her free time playing video games, snuggling her four cats or stealing cuddles from her families two dogs!

Anais is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) with the aim of becoming a registered Psychologist in the future.

Clare has been with Hively as one of our amazing Support Coordinators since 2022. Clare has a background in Nursing, working in the medical, surgical, palliative and day-unit wards. She has extensive experience, both lived and learned, in the human services and disability sector.

Clare is highly experienced in a wide range of disabilities, however neurological disabilities hold a special place in Clare’s heart. Clare has a wealth of knowledge in this area, supporting participants with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Brain Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis and Huntington’s Disease.

Clare also enjoys working in the complex mental health space and is gradually working towards finishing her Bachelor of Psychology, as time allows.

Clare is a busy mum of three boys and holds the value of family incredibly close. She also is the proud owner of three cheeky Galahs (Frankie, Charlie and Dusty)!

Ashleigh (Ash) joined the Hively team as a Support Coordinator in early 2023. Ash is highly experienced, both lived and learned, in the human services and disability sector.

Ash loves working with people of all ages and disability, but she has a soft spot for working with young people (those under 15) who have a neurological condition (such as Autism) or who are experiencing developmental delay.

Ash has previously worked providing direct intervention and support as a Behaviour Therapist and within her own practice Ash has a strong focus on Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Ash is nearing completion of her Bachelor of Counselling with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and looks forward to continuing her career in the disability sector.

Ash was born and raised in Central Coast (NSW) but decided to join us in the sunny state! Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, young son and Labrador, Cleo!

Brock is an experienced Support Coordinator with Hively, working closely with participants with complex presentations. Brock has an extensive background in the human services and disability sector, beginning his journey providing support to participants on the NDIS. He is incredibly well-versed in the areas of mental health and neurological conditions.

Brock has lived and learned experience of disability with a personal diagnosis of Autism from a young age. Brock has a special place in his heart for young children who are experiencing barriers associated with their diagnosis.

Brock has completed a Diploma of Counselling with plans to continue his studies with a Bachelor of Counselling in the near future.

Brock is also our resident green thumb. Outside of work Brock enjoys attending to his myriad of plants and spending time with friends and family. He is a proud dog-dad to his Cocker-Spaniel, Luna.

Ashleigh is one of our amazing Support Coordinators, having worked within the Disability Sector for almost 10 years. This includes working with participants to provide support through equine activities.

Ashleigh has a special interest in Equine Assisted Therapies and Activities and has obtained her Equestrian Australia Coaching and Riding for Disabled Australia Coaching Certificates.

Ashleigh particularly enjoys working with those who are neurodiverse, helping people navigate the barriers they may face. She deeply understands the importance of having a great team to support you to reach your goals.

Ashleigh loves the countryside, living rurally with her husband and young daughter. Outside of work you will find her with her horses, spending time with her family or cuddling up to her numerous furry friends whilst gaming or watching anime.

Happiness Consultants

Alistair is a trained therapy dog, providing emotional regulation support to the children of Hively’s Managing Director, Nicolette. He is also a big fan of cuddles when in the office with the Hively team!

Doug is 7 years young and a rescue cattle dog. Doug is Team Leader Tiffany’s fur baby and loves office play dates with Alistair! And also napping!
