When is it available?
Generally you engage a support coordinator when you have your NDIS plan approved.
You have complete flexibility, freedom and choice over which support coordinator you want to use at any point in your plan.
If you don’t have Support Coordination in your current plan we may be able to help you!
Is it in my plan?
If you have Support Coordination it will be in your plan under Capacity Building Support.
You can be plan managed and also funded for support coordination – these are two separate services funded by the NDIS.
